HOW MUCH WILL IT COST ME FOR SHIPPING?

For all orders over $100, we're thrilled to offer FREE SHIPPING. For any other orders, you'll only be charged a flat shipping fee of $9.99-12.99 - a total steal! Keep in mind that the shipping cost is determined after any discount and before taxes.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?

First, we'll send you a confirmation email to let you know that we've received your order. You'll receive another email with your shipment tracking number within two (2) business days, so you can keep an eye on your order.

HOW FAST WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Items are typically shipped by the end of the next business day! Please note that it may take up to seven (7) business days for delivery, although most orders arrive sooner.

WHAT IS YOUR WEBSITE PURCHASE RETURN POLICY?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer a 15-day return policy for website purchases. If you decide to return an item, simply send it back to us within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Keep in mind that we can't refund the original shipping charges, but if you're exchanging an item or keeping at least one item from your order, we'll waive the $11.00 convenience charge for a prepaid shipping label. Just make sure the product is in its original condition when you send it back to us.

HOW LONG ARE MY SUNGLASSES UNDER WARRANTY?

We offer a one-year warranty from the date of purchase against any defects in materials or workmanship - how's that for peace of mind?

If you happen to experience any issues with your products during the warranty period, just let us know and we'll take care of it. We'll replace or repair for free with proof of purchase - it's as simple as that!

WHAT IS NOT COVERED?

Please note that our warranty doesn't cover damage caused by improper use or accidental breakage. If you purchased your products from a non-authorized or discount retailer, our warranty unfortunately doesn't apply.

In some cases, we may need to take a closer look at your damaged product to determine if they're covered under our warranty. You may need to send them to us, and shipping charges will be your responsibility. Alternatively, we may ask for a few pictures to help us with quality control.

REPLACEMENT UNAVAILABLE

In the event that we don't have replacement parts for your particular model, we'll do our best to substitute it with a similar item. And if you have any questions about our warranty or need to submit a claim, our ticketing system is here to help.
