Refund policy

LIMITED WARRANTY

  1. Blue Tees Golf products are warrantied for one year from the date of purchase against defects in materials and/or workmanship.
  2. We will replace or repair at our option, free of charge with proof of purchase, any products found to be defective during the warranty period.
  3. The warranty does not apply to damage caused by improper use nor to items damaged due to accidental breakage.
  4. This warranty does not apply to purchases from non-authorized or discount retailers.
  5. Products are not warrantied against drops or damage due to improper use or care.
  6. Owners may have to send damaged items to us so we can determine if they are covered by our warranty. Owners are responsible for the payment of shipping charges on items returned to us. Alternately, a few pictures of the damaged item may be required for quality control purposes.
  7. Unfortunately, replacement parts may not be available for all models. In the event the item has been discontinued or is not in stock, we reserve the right to substitute it with a similar item.

WEBSITE PURCHASE RETURN POLICY

If you wish to return an item purchased at blueteesgolf.ca for Canada, you may do so within 15 days of delivery to you for a full refund or an exchange. You will not receive a credit for any shipping charges, as they are non-refundable. Any returned product must be in the original condition when it was delivered to you. Returns are sent back using one of our courier partners, Canada Post, Canpar Express, UPS or FedEx. Please follow the instructions below in order to request a return or exchange.

RETURN INFORMATION

  • Return Fee: A $25 return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the prepaid shipping label. Please note, if you wish to do an exchange, we will waive this fee.
  • Product Condition: The returned item is expected to be unopened (box unopened, plastic intact) to ensure the product meets our quality standards.
  • Initial Shipping Fees: Please note that any original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
 

RETURNING ITEMS TO US

  1. Please contact support@blueteesgolf.ca, stating your order number and the reason why you would like to return the item.
  2. If you believe the item falls under our warranty policy, then please state the reason for the return in the e-mail.
  3. We will reply to you with a Return Authorization number (RA #) along with instructions on how to return the item.
  4. Please keep the original packaging materials, as we will ask you to return them in the same package.
  5. Please return them using a courier that provides you with a tracking number. We are not responsible for missing packages that are shipped to us.
